Two Weeks to Surf City Marathon
Posted on January 24th, 2010 No commentsThis week has been nothing but storm with thunder and lightning, and the nonstop rain completely messed up my training schedule. Last Sat, I had run my 20 mile long run and was happy that did not have much “pain and suffering” afterward. So I figured the remaining two weeks till Surf City Marathon, Feb 7, should be just easy and breezy. Who would know that the rain would just Read the rest of this entry »

After the race, I went to IHOP to celebrate finishing a tough Read the rest of this entry »

From Fallen Star to Forever Diva – in Memory of Leslie Cheung
Posted on September 12th, 2009 No commentsToday is Leslie Cheung’s (張國榮 )birthday, and I still find it hard to believe that he has left us for 6 years already. On April 1, 2003, when I heard that Leslie had ended his life by jumping off the balcony from the 24th floor of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Read the rest of this entry »
