Dish on Dining – Mihan 101
Posted on August 23rd, 2009 No commentsWhen Sunny first mentioned the Mihan (三燔) was an all-you-can eat Nigiri (hand formed Sushi) place, be honest with you I wasn’t interested at all. To me an enjoyable dining experience must be combination of good food, right Read the rest of this entry »

How to Reheat Steamed Bun
Posted on May 4th, 2009 No commentsI was down in L.A. over the weekend and of course I went to my favorite restaurant in Sol Cal – Ding Tai Fung in Arcadia. If you like little steamed dumplings (xiao long bao), this place simply is the best of the best. After the meal, I bought some frozen buns and 8 treasure rice/sticky rice dessert to enjoy at home this week.
