My 2015 Recap

2015 has been a great year!  As we approach the end of yet another year, it is my annual ritual to reflect on all the best things I have! And I am so grateful that I am given a wonderful year of living large in so many ways!

Finding My Strong

This morning I was running the Penitencia Creek Trail & South Rim Trail at Alum Rock. Forecast said 30% shower at 9:00am, but  I didn’t prepare to run into headwind and pouring rain. Rock n’ Roll San Jose Half Marathon 2012

Rock n’ Roll San Jose 2012 is a run dedicated to Pete Mingwah

1970 – 2012

I have done several Rock n’ Roll races, including every Rock n’ Roll San Jose Half Marathon except last year due to knee injury; in fact I ran their very first inaugural event when Rock n’ Roll first came into Bay Area in Oct 2006.
