Rock n’ Roll San Francisco Write-Up

Sometime in mid-March I got my comp entry for Rock n Roll San Francisco, thanks to GU , and the race was on Sunday April 6th. I have been going to physical therapy for my plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis for several weeks already, and my doctor had just Ok me to start jogging but not too fast or too much. Rock n’ Roll San Jose 2012 is a run dedicated to Pete Mingwah

I have done several Rock n’ Roll races, including every Rock n’ Roll San Jose Half Marathon except last year due to knee injury; in fact I ran their very first inaugural event when Rock n’ Roll first came into Bay Area in Oct 2006. Cinderella Trail Run 2012

Sat 8/18, another Costal Trail Runs race, and this time it’s Cinderella Trail Run starting at Joaquin Miller Park in Oakland.
